Where we actually stand

TradeBack Hub launched in May 2026. We are a small, independent operation — not a
large established cashback network, and not owned by or affiliated with any prop firm.

Plenty of sites in this niche display invented member counts and testimonials. We removed ours.
What you see below is the real payout policy, and every payout we publish on this page is a
transaction we can evidence.

If that means the proof section looks thin right now — that is the honest picture, and
it beats a fabricated one.

The payout terms

These are binding. They are the same terms written into our
Terms of Service & Payout Policy.

We confirm your order manually with the partner firm before approving it.

One condition matters more than any other:
you must open the partner’s site through a “Get Cashback” link on this site immediately
before you buy. That click is what the partner records against your order — without it,
there is nothing for us to match your claim to.

If a claim is rejected
— usually because the partner reports no referral against your order — we tell you the
reason in writing and you can dispute it by replying with your purchase receipt. We do not
silently drop claims.

Verified payouts

Every entry here is a real transfer. We publish the amount and date;
personal details of the recipient stay private unless they ask otherwise.

How to check us before you trust us

  1. Read the terms first
    The payout policy is public and dated. Nothing in it is hidden behind a login.
  2. Start with a small claim
    Buy one challenge through us, submit the Order ID, and see the money arrive before you route
    anything else through the site. Note the $20 minimum — a single small purchase may not
    reach it on its own.
  3. Note that you keep the discount either way
    Our partner links and codes carry the partner’s own discount. That part applies at checkout,
    independently of us — so a click through TradeBack is never worse than buying direct.
  4. Ask us directly
    Use the contact form. If we do not answer, that
    tells you something too.
